BACKGROUND

The developer, PMB Acquisitions, LLC, has proposed a rezoning from I-1, Restricted Manufacturing and Warehousing District and I-2 General Industrial District to PD, Planned Development District for single-family and multi-family uses on approximately 61 acres of land along Ranch Road.

 

PMB will make a presentation and seek feedback on their proposed development plans prior to public hearings and action being taken at future City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. 

 

POLICY CONSIDERATIONS

The market context and neighborhood scenario's proposed in the City's Comprehensive Plan detail a mix of urban residential consisting of single-family and multi-family housing products along Ranch Road to support the Woodbridge development.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Receive a presentation from PMB regarding the proposed development along Ranch Road and provide feedback to staff and PMB.
