1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Workshop Meeting on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Sachse City Hall, 3815 Sachse Road, Building B, Sachse, Texas to consider the following items of business:
3. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 𨹿.072: Deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property generally located along Sachse Road in the City of Sachse.
3. Approve a resolution denying Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's application to increase distribution rates within the City.
4. Approve a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Cobb Fendley & Associates, Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.
1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.
3. Proclamation recognizing the week of May 19-25, 2019 as National Public Works Week in the City of Sachse.

If your remarks pertain to a specific agenda item, please hold them until that item, at which time the Mayor may solicit your comments. Time limit is 3 minutes per speaker.
