Carl Carson, No. 14-10228 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and (2) Randy Cole, Karen Cole, Ryan Cole v. Michael Hunter, Martin Cassidy, No. 15-10045 in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
