1. Approve the minutes of the September 16, 2019, combined meeting.
2. Approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the terms and conditions of an agreement, by and between the City of Sachse and DataVox for the purchase and installation of video surveillance and access control equipment for the Sachse Community Center in an amount not to exceed eighty-five thousand dollars and zero cents ($85,000.00).
3. Approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the terms and conditions of an agreement, by and between the City of Sachse and Visionality-Designs That Compute (DTC) for the purchase and installation of audio-visual equipment for the Sachse Community Center in an amount not to exceed one hundred and ten thousand dollars and zero cents ($110,000.00).
4. Authorize the remodel of Salmon Park restrooms with Henneberger Construction, Inc., through the BuyBoard purchasing program, in an amount not to exceed the eighty thousand dollars and zero cents($80,000.00) and authorize the City Manager to execute necessary documents for such remodel.
5. Approve an Interlocal Agreement renewing the Food Establishment and Inspection and Environmental Health Services between Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services, and the City of Sachse.
6. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending August 31, 2019.
8. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement regarding electrical service between the City of Sachse and the Sachse Historical Society.
9. Approve an amendment to the Household Hazardous Waste Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and the City of Sachse.

4. Consider an ordinance adopting the 2019 Water Resource and Emergency Management Plan.
5. Consider a resolution to submit projects for inclusion into the Dallas County Master Agreement Governing Major Capital Transportation Improvements Projects 7th Call for Projects.
