1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Sachse City Hall, 3815 Sachse Road, Building B, Sachse, Texas to consider the following items of business:

B. Special Announcements

1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

D. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests.

1. Approve the minutes of the December 16, 2019, combined meeting.

2. Approve the minutes of the January 10, 2020, special meeting.

3. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending November 30, 2019.

4. Approve the Consent Agenda Items as presented.

E. Regular Agenda Items

1. Receive a briefing and consider a resolution to join a coalition non-member customer entities of the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD).

2. Discuss and consider authorizing the Fire Chief to execute a Medical Director Agreement for emergency medical services between Sachse Fire-Rescue and Beacon Emergency Services Team (BEST EMS) in the amount of $7,875.00 for the time period February 15, 2020 through September 30, 2020.

3. Consider a resolution casting its vote for the fourth member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Central Appraisal District.
