1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Workshop Meeting on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Sachse City Hall, 3815 Sachse Road, Building B, Sachse, Texas to consider the following items of business:

3. The City Council will convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 𨹿.087(1) Economic Development Negotiations: to deliberate regarding a business prospect that the City desires to have locate in the City: Project Dig.

4. Discussion of City Council meeting agenda items.

1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Sachse City Hall, 3815 Sachse Road, Building B, Sachse, Texas to consider the following items of business:

2. Invocation and Pledges of Allegiance.

C. Special Announcements

1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

E. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests.

1. Approve the minutes of the February 17, 2020, combined meeting.

2. Accept the Quarterly Budget and Investment Reports for the quarter ended December 31, 2019.

3. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending January 31, 2020.

4. Approve the Consent Agenda Items as presented.
