1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following items of business:

1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

D. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests.

1. Approve the minutes of the April 6, 2020, combined meeting.

2. Approve the Consent Agenda Items as presented.

E. Regular Agenda Items

1. Receive an update regarding actions taken by the City as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and any future measures that may be necessary including city operations and facilities, public safety, financial employee impact, and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

2. Consider approving a resolution awarding The American National Bank of Texas as the City's primary depository bank for the City of Sachse and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreements necessary for said bank services.

3. Receive a report regarding Library activities for 2019-2020.

4. Consider approving a four (4) year lease agreement with Dell Financial Services, purchased through GTS Technology Solutions, for a refresh of employee computers in the amount of one hundred and fifty-one thousand, eight hundred and twenty-five dollars and forty-eight cents ($151,825.48).
