1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

E. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests.

1. Approve the minutes of the April 20, 2020, regular meeting.

2. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending March 31, 2020.

3. Approve a resolution that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's application for approval to amend its distribution cost recovery factor to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied.

4. Approve the Consent Agenda Items as presented.

F. Regular Agenda Items

1. Receive an update regarding actions taken by the City as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and any future measures that may be necessary including city operations and facilities, public safety, financial employee impact, and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

2. Receive Sachse's Fire-Rescue 2019 annual review.
