1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday May 18, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following items of business:

B. Special Announcements

1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

2. Recognize Bailey Balderson, recipient of the 2020 City of Sachse Scholarship.

D. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests.

1. Approve the minutes of the May 4, 2020, combined meeting.

2. Accept the Quarterly Budget and Investment Reports for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.

3. Approve a resolution adopting the Dallas County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan 2020.

4. Authorize the Fire Chief to complete the purchase of ten Wello non-contact temperature scanning machines for City facilities in an amount not to exceed eighty seven thousand five hundred dollars and zero cents ($87,500.00).

5. Approve the Consent Agenda Items as presented.
