Consider approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for professional services between the City of Sachse and Birkhoff, Hendricks and Carter, LLP for a Water, Wastewater, and Roadway Impact Fee Study in the amount of sixty-five thousand three hundred eighty dollars and zero cents ($65,380.00).
