The City Council and the Tax Increment Financing Board #2 shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 𨹿.087 Economic Development Deliberations: to deliberate and negotiate the offer of financial incentive to Evolve Biologics (USA), Inc. a business prospect to be located along the South Side of the President George Bush Turnpike and North of Pleasant Valley Road.

Take any action as a result of Executive Session - authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute on behalf of both the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number Two and the City Council a TIF Zone No. Two an Economic Development Agreement with Evolve Biologics (USA), Inc., and with further authority to finalize the remaining terms to be negotiated, all subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
