1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Workshop Meeting on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following items of business:
2. Discuss amending the Master Fee Schedule by amending fire services, ambulance services, development services, wastewater rates and solid waste charges.
3. Discuss the City Manager's Proposed Budget for programs and services for the 2021-2022 fiscal year.

5. Accept the Mental Health Leave Policy in accordance with Chapter 614, Subchapter A-1 of the Local Government Code regarding mental health leave for Peace Officers.

2. Consider placing a proposal to adopt a tax rate of $0.700734 per $100 of assessed property values for the 2021-2022 fiscal year as an action item on the September 7, 2021, City Council meeting agenda.
3. Consider an ordinance ordering a Bond Election to be held on November 2, 2021 for various street and road projects, and a municipal animal shelter.
4. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Vector Concepts, Inc. in an amount not to exceed one hundred sixteen thousand, five hundred and twenty-eight dollars and zero cents ($116,528.00) to purchase and install damaged flooring at City Hall and the Sachse Public Library.
1. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 𨹿.087 Economic Development Deliberations: to deliberate the offer or other financial incentive to a business prospect generally located along 5th Street.
