1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following items of business:
1. Public Comment: The public is invited at this time to address the Council. Please come to the microphone and state your name and address for the record. However, if your remarks pertain to a specific agenda item, please hold them until that item, at which time the Mayor will solicit your comments. The time limit is 3 minutes per speaker. The City Council is prohibited by state law from discussing any item not posted on the agenda according to the Texas Open Meetings Act, but may take comments under advisement. Issues raised may be referred to City staff for research and possible future action.
1. Approve the minutes of the September 14, 2022, special meeting.
2. Approve the September 19, 2022, meeting minutes.
3. Approve the September 29, 2022, special meeting minutes.
4. Cancel the November 21, December 19, 2022, and January 2, 2023, Council meetings and move the November 7 meeting to November 14, 2022, and the January 16 meeting to January 17, 2023.
5. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending August 31, 2022.
6. Approve a resolution denying Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's application to change rates within the city and finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company.
