1. Call to Order: The City Council of the City of Sachse will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following items of business:

1. Mayor and City Council announcements regarding special events, current activities, and local achievements.

2. Proclamation recognizing the City of Sachse Finance Department's efforts for earning the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association.

D. Consent Agenda - All items listed on the consent agenda will be considered by the City Council and will be enacted on by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or a member of the public so requests.

2. Accept the monthly revenue and expenditure report for the period ending January 31, 2023.

3. Accept the Quarterly Budget and Investment Reports for the quarter ending December 31, 2022.

4. Authorize the Mayor to execute an Amended and Restated Agreement for Municipal Court Judge between the City of Sachse and the Honorable Robert Beasley.
