Per staff's technical review, the proposed final plat is in compliance with the City's subdivision regulations. As such, staff recommends approval of the proposed final plat, subject to all conditions stipulated by the Building Official and City Engineer.

Approve the proposed SUP request as it is in compliance with the Future Land Use Plan and the goals and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded on to the City Council for action at their November 7, 2022, regular meeting.
