JUST A BRIEF KIND OF HIGH LEVEL UPDATE ON FIFTH STREET DISTRICT. SO WITH THIS PROJECT, WE ARE STILL GETTING WE'RE WORKING TOWARDS OUR CONSTRUCTION DESIGN PLANS BEING COMPLETED. WE'RE STILL WORKING WITH OUR ENGINEER. THEY ARE WORKING ON SOME RIGHT OF WAY ISSUES AT THE MOMENT, BUT THEY'RE AS PART OF THIS PROCESS, GOING TO BE PLATTING THE PROPERTY. THAT'S PART OF WHAT'S IN OUR CONTRACT. SO THEY'LL BE PLATTING THE PROPERTY. SO THEY'VE DRAWN US UP KIND OF A PRELIMINARY DOCUMENT THERE. WE HAVE SOME OTHER THINGS THAT WE'LL DO RELATIVE TO PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENTS. SO WE HAVE OUR ATTORNEYS WORKING ON THAT. I KNOW IT SEEMS LIKE SOMETIMES BECAUSE THE DIRT IS JUST KIND OF STILL SITTING THERE, LIKE THINGS AREN'T HAPPENING. BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THERE IS A LOT OF STUFF HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES TO GET EVERYTHING KIND OF SQUARED AWAY. SO AS SOON AS WE CAN ANNOUNCE MORE, WE WOULD CERTAINLY LOVE TO DO THAT. HOW CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS OR MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON THE INFORMATION? SO JUST SOME POTENTIAL MEASURABLES. SOME OF THE DEADLINES AREN'T TIGHTENED TO ALLOW FLEXIBILITY IN TERMS OF REACTING TO PROJECTS THAT AREN'T CURRENTLY ON THE RADAR. SO THERE ARE STILL GOING TO BE SOME MORE. IN FACT, MOST OF THE GOALS ARE GOING TO KIND OF CAPTURE A FLY. RIGHT. SO THIS FISCAL YEAR IS WHEN AT THIS POINT WE ENVISION BEING ABLE TO GET TO A PROJECT BASED ON OTHER ONGOING ITEMS AND WORKLOADS AND SO FORTH, BECAUSE WE'RE NOT GOING TO SAY FOR AN ONGOING ITEM, WE'RE NOT GOING TO SAY, YOU KNOW, IT'S JUST SOMETHING THAT WE'LL DO. BUT FROM A STAFF STANDPOINT, FROM AN INTERNAL STANDPOINT, WE WOULD CREATE OUR OWN INTERNAL WORK PLAN AND BE ABLE TO HAVE MORE SPECIFICITY IN TERMS OF WHEN DURING THAT YEAR WE WOULD BE GETTING TO THINGS AND HOW EVERYTHING KIND OF SHAKES OUT.
