BACKGROUND

In order to be accredited by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, Texas public libraries are required to have a long-range plan approved within the last five years. The Texas State Library and Archives Commission has extended the deadline for the creation of a new long-range plan through July 2023 to give the Sachse Public Library time to incorporate data from the 2022 City of Sachse Community Survey.

 

OVERVIEW

The Library Board will discuss and consider approving a new Long-Range Plan for the Library.
