CONSIDER APPROVING USE OF THE JC SACHSE PARK VOLLEYBALL COURTS FOR OVERNIGHT USE ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND THROUGH SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD.SO, THE INDIVIDUAL REQUESTED THE USE OF THE SAND VOLLEYBALL COURTS TO HOLD A TOURNAMENT, AND HE WANTED TO USE IT THROUGHOUT THE EVENING AND INTO THE NIGHT AND INTO THE MORNING.
AND SO, I GUESS HE DIDN'T KNOW THIS, IF YOU WANT TO BRING UP THE POLICY.
SO, THIS IS IN OUR CITY ORDINANCES.
SO, OUR POLICIES FOR UNDER RULES, GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS ONE G DOWN THERE, ANY PERSON SHALL NOT KIND OF GIVES YOU THE CURFEW AT 1130 AND ON WEEKENDS 6 TO 12 MIDNIGHT, NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION OR BOARD. AND THEN, OF COURSE, YOU HAVE A LOT OF ACTIVITY ON YOUR BASEBALL FIELDS ALL THE TIME.
