THE THE PRIMARY GOALS OF THE PROJECT ARE TO ONE.

INCREASE CAPACITY OF THE ROADWAY, TO REALIGN IT, TO LINE UP WITH WOODBRIDGE AND MAKE A MUCH SAFER INTERSECTION AND TO RAISE THE ROAD, TO ELIMINATE FLOODING POTENTIAL THAT CURRENTLY EXISTS DUE TO THE SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE RESERVOIR EAST OF THE ROADWAY. PROJECT TIMELINE REALLY HAS, HAS, HAS MAINLY REMAINED PRETTY STATIC OVER THE LAST YEAR.

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING BASICALLY IN ACQUIRING RIGHT OF WAY.

WE HAD STARTED SOME UTILITY RELOCATION DESIGN WORK LAST YEAR AND KIND OF LOST SOME MOMENTUM THERE BECAUSE RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION WAS NOT PROCEEDING AS QUICKLY AS WE HAD HOPED. SO THAT, THAT BASICALLY IS WHERE WE ARE.

EVERYTHING'S JUST KIND OF BEEN PUSHED, A YEAR.

WE'VE, WE'VE DONE SOME WORK ON FINAL DESIGN.

WE'VE MADE A FEW CHANGES TO TRY TO ACCOMMODATE, PROPERTY OWNERS AND OR AVOID PROPERTY OWNERS.

SO WE'VE AGAIN, WE'RE STILL MAKING THOSE CHANGES TO, TO TRY TO GET THROUGH THAT.

WE'VE CONTINUED COORDINATION WITH THE USDA AND THE SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN ORDER TO TRY TO GET AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM THEM FOR THE PROJECT AS WELL. WE ANTICIPATE AGAIN AS THE AS FAR AS OTHER THINGS GO, WE DID MEET WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE GOODIN'S DISTRICT DIRECTOR AND THE USDA BACK IN DECEMBER TO TALK ABOUT TECHNICAL ITEMS AND THE PLAN GOING FORWARD WITH REGARDS TO WILLOW LAKE. THEY'VE BEEN VERY NON RESPONSIVE WITH REGARDS TO THE DISTRICT'S BEEN NON RESPONSIVE WITH REGARDS TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND DIRECTION.

IN LARGE PART BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MEMBERS TO GET A QUORUM AND THEY HAVE NOT MET.

IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING IN THE LAST 8 TO 9 MONTHS.

SO IT'S PRETTY HARD TO DEAL WITH AN AGENCY WHEN THEY DON'T MEET FOR, MEETINGS.

WE DO INTEND TO SUBMIT PLANS, 90% PLANS TO TEXDOT, IN THE SPRING.

WE HOPE TO GET COMMENTS TURNED AROUND PRETTY QUICKLY AFTER THAT, SUBMIT PLANS, FINAL PLANS TO THEM IN LATE SUMMER, AND THEN HOPEFULLY THEY'LL APPROVE THAT AND ISSUE A LETTER OF AUTHORITY THAT WILL ALLOW THE CITY TO ADVERTISE, BID AND CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT.

THEY FORCED YOU THROUGH AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BEFORE THEY WOULD ISSUE THAT.

WELL, THEY, YOU KNOW, THEY FINALLY ISSUED IT.

AND THEN AGAIN, ONCE THE PLANS WERE APPROVED, THERE'S A THIRD LETTER OF AUTHORITY.

BUT IN THE END, LIKE YOU SAID, YES, BY GOING BY THE THE STEPS WE HAVE TO TAKE, IT DOESN'T JEOPARDIZE OUR FUNDING.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY ALL WOOD BRIDGE.

IT WAS CONSTRUCTED ON SITE.

PRINCIPALLY. THE BASE WAS ON SITE OR OFF SITE, AND THE TOP SIDES IN THE TOP WERE ALL DONE ON SITE.

WE HAD A LARGE CRANE, 500 TON CRANE COME IN AND LIFT THAT.

WE DID IT ALL IN ONE NIGHT.

AND THAT'S KIND OF ONE OF OUR FEATURES RIGHT NOW, IS TO SEE THAT BRIDGE AS THE MONUMENT, PART OF OUR PROJECT.

UPPER PLAYGROUND, THIS IS GOING TO BE A VERY SPECTACULAR CHILD'S HEAVEN.

THEY'RE GOING TO PLAY ON EQUIPMENTS BASED HISTORICALLY AROUND THE TRAINS, AROUND TRAIN STATION.

BUT IT'S GOT A LOT OF ELEMENTS FOR YOUNG KIDS AND OLD KIDS.
