AND AGAIN, STAFF EVALUATED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA. CONTRACT AMOUNT WAS ONLY 50% OF THE EVALUATED EVALUATING SCORE. WE GAVE 10% TO SIMILAR PROJECT EXPERIENCE, 10% TO QUALITY OF GOODS AND SERVICES. THAT'D BE LIKE MATERIAL SUPPLIES AND STUFF LIKE THAT. WE ALSO GAVE THEM 5% IF THEY USED HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESSES. THEY ALSO GOT 10% FOR QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROJECT PERSONNEL. SO, THE CONTRACTORS OR STAFF WORKING ON THE PROJECT. WE ALSO GAVE THEM 10% FOR THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE. AND THEN WE GAVE THEM 5% BASED ON REPUTATION OR FAMILIARITY OF THE CONTRACTOR OR BIDDER. AND BASED ON THAT REVIEW CITY STAFF AND OUR CONSULTANT REVIEWED IT, AND WE RECOMMEND AWARDING THIS TO MCMAHON CONTRACTING. THESE ARE THE, SO ON THIS YOU SEE THE TOTAL BID AMOUNT. AND SO, OUR CONCERN IS THE DDM HAS DONE ONE PROJECT WITH US AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT WE STILL FEEL AS THROUGH THE EVALUATIONS THAT MCMAHON WOULD GIVE US A BETTER PRODUCT. OKAY, I GUESS IT COMES DOWN AND WE DO THIS IN ALL THE OTHER ASPECTS THAT, YOU KNOW, I DON'T WANT TO PULL IN OTHER GROUPS WHATNOT, BUT WHAT IS THE [00:45:10] RIGHT PRICE TO PAY FOR GOLD STANDARD, PLATINUM STANDARD OR SILVER STANDARD? AND SO HAS WAS THAT PROBLEM NEGOTIATED WITH THE HOMEOWNERS TO THEIR SATISFACTION BEFORE THIS BID WAS LET OUT? THAT WAS ABOUT 2800 HOUSEHOLDS SURVEYED, 406 RESPONSES GIVEN WITH A 5% MARGIN OF ERROR, WHICH IS COMMON PRACTICE. THE SURVEY WAS DESIGNED TO CAPTURE THE PRIORITIES, NEEDS AND PREFERENCES OF OUR RESIDENTS. AND IT WAS VERY INSTRUMENTAL IN UNDERSTANDING THE AREAS THAT MATTERED MOST TO OUR COMMUNITY. AND AS I MENTIONED, BEST PRACTICE IS TO CONDUCT A RESIDENT SURVEY EVERY TWO YEARS. SO POLCO AND SACHSE ARE PARTNERING AGAIN FOR THIS NATIONAL COMMUNITY SURVEY 2024. THERE WILL BE A RANDOM SAMPLE OF 3500 HOUSEHOLDS THAT WILL RECEIVE TWO MAILINGS WITH LINKS AND A QR CODE TO THE ONLINE SURVEY. THE TEMPLATED COMMUNITY SURVEY WITH THE NATIONAL BENCHMARK COMPARISONS AGAINST APPROXIMATELY 500 COMMUNITIES FOR MORE THAN 120 SURVEY ITEMS. AND AGAIN, THESE ARE ABOUT ONE AND A HALF PAGES OF CUSTOM QUESTIONS THAT ARE UNIQUE TO SACHSE. AND THEN THERE ARE SOME BACKGROUND QUESTIONS AS WELL THAT ARE COMMON. COMMON QUESTIONS.
