THE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN SHUFFLING VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT.

MAYOR, I'D LIKE TO MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SACHSE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND INVESCO LLC, SUBSTANTIALLY IN THE FORM AS PRESENTED, AND AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE SACHSE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SACHSE AND THE SACHSE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND JUST FOR CLARIFICATION, JUST FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES, THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT. IT IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT.
