THERE USED TO BE A BRIEFING IN HERE, AND I CHECKED ALL THESE, AND THERE'S THE BRIEFING IS NO LONGER IN THERE.

BUT MY CONCERN IS THAT IT'S CREATING A HAZARD AMONGST TRASH.

IT'S CREATING TRASH IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD, NOT ONLY IN MY PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT IF YOU WALK AROUND THESE AREAS DOWN HERE, WHICH I DO, A LOT OF TIMES THEY'RE NOT PICKED UP.

THEY'RE THERE. THEY'RE LIKE SEVERAL. THE NEIGHBORS DON'T PICK THEM UP.

THEY'RE EITHER WET, THEY'RE ON THE STREET, THEY'RE ON THE LAWN, BUT THEY DON'T GET PICKED UP.

AND THESE ARE JUST SUPPLEMENTAL ADS, LIKE ADS FOR THE GROCERY STORES OR WHATEVER.

AND I GET ONE EVERY WEEK. THIS IS JUST THE LAST FOUR WEEKS.

ACTUALLY, I HAVE ANOTHER ONE THAT LAST FOUR WEEKS.

BUT THEY DO IT EVERY WEEK. AND I'M JUST LIKE, IT'S TRASH.

THAT'S ALL IT IS, BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THEM.

I JUST TAKE OFF THE BAG AND THROW THE REST AWAY IN THE RECYCLE.

BUT I THINK THEY NEED TO PUT A STOP TO IT, BECAUSE I'M NOT SURE HOW FAR IT EXTENDS INTO SACHSE, BUT I KNOW MY NEIGHBORHOOD OVER HERE AND THIS AREA OVER HERE.
