I WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS IS A SOPHISTICATED APPROACH THAT YOU'VE DESIGNED. A LOT OF COMMUNITIES TREAT THESE AS DIFFERENT PIECES, AND JUST CROSS THEIR FINGERS AND HOPE THAT THEY ALL COME TOGETHER AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER. AS YOU APPEAL TO THESE VERY SPECIFIC SMALL HANDFUL OF TARGET SECTORS, WE WANT TO CREATE MATERIALS THAT ARE GIVING THEM WHAT THEY WANT. OUR CHURCH HAS A PRISON MINISTER, SO WE GO IN THERE EVERY SATURDAY AND FRIDAY FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS OR SO I'VE BEEN ON THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD. I WAS ON THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD. I SERVED AS A PRESIDENT ON THAT BOARD. THEN ABOUT FOUR YEARS AFTER THAT, SO SIX YEARS WE STARTED THE MDD BOARD, WHICH IS VERY SIMILAR TO EDC, WHERE YOU HAVE A QUARTER CENT TAX REVENUE THAT WE USE TO, OF COURSE, DISTRIBUTE AND ENHANCE OUR PARKS.
