SO THE PROJECT IS BEING SPLIT BETWEEN THE UTILITY FUND, 66%, AND THE GENERAL FUND, 34%, BECAUSE AS YOU SAW HOW COREY HAD THE DESIGN WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT COLOR CODED SECTIONS.
WE ARE ABLE TO ALLOCATE 66% OF THAT BUILDING TO WATER AND SEWER USES AND SO THAT'S WHY WE'RE ABLE TO FUND IT 66% THROUGH THE UTILITY FUND.
AND THEN THE GENERAL FUND USES OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND PARKS.
THAT'S THE 34% FOR THE GENERAL FUND. SO SINCE THE TIME OF DOING THESE ALLOCATIONS, THE UPDATED AND FINAL GMP IS NOW GOING TO BE PRESENTED TO YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. SO THIS IS JUST A BREAKDOWN OF THE COST ESTIMATES THAT WE'VE HAD TO THIS POINT.
